W stolicy przeprowadzone zostały rekordowe transakcje najmu powierzchni biurowych. Do Warszawy należy rekord sprzedaży: spółka Immofinanz kupiła biurowiec Warsaw Spire za 386 mln euro.
Na rynku magazynowym dominuje model BTS. Deweloperzy realizują największe inwestycje dla takich firm jak Amazon, Zalando, H&M, Castorama czy Tesco.
Rok 2020 będzie stanowił kontynuację aktualnych trendów. W nowej dekadzie można się spodziewać dynamicznego rozwoju nowych technologii na rynku komercyjnym (bazy infrastruktury technicznej, rozbudowa serwerów, farmy fotowoltaiczne).
The investments will go up
The year 2019 brought a continuation of dynamic growth in the investment volumes on the commercial real estate market.
Warsaw is a leader of development on CCE office market which investment volumes had increased in 2019 by 40% compared to previous year. Mostly, I would like to emphasise importance of record lease agreements as well as of sales record on office market in Poland: Immofinanz company bought the Warsaw Spire office building for 386 million euros.
The BTS model dominates the warehouse market. Developers implement the largest investments for such companies as Amazon, Zalando, H&M, Castorama and Tesco.
The year 2020 should continue current trends. In the new decade, we can expect dynamic growth of new technologies on the commercial real estate market (e.g. technical infrastructure bases, server expansion, photovoltaic farms).
